To start, speak with our Intake Specialist who will help you. They can provide further information on our free classes and services that you will have access to.

Here are some things you may want to have ready:
- Name of your eye doctor (optometrist or ophthalmologist)
- Date of your last eye examination
- Visual Diagnosis (if known)
They will review forms and information that need to be completed and go over next steps.
