Join Braille Institute’s next virtual Corporate Volunteer Workshop on 08/17/26, 1:00-2:00 pm. At this session, we will be highlighting the upcoming a variety of group volunteer opportunities throughout Southern California happening this October – National Orientation & Mobility Month.
From our super-fun Cane Quest event for kids at the LA Zoo to our White Cane Day community celebrations at our SoCal centers to our annual Halloween Tour-and-Treat, October is one of the busiest and most exciting months for Braille Institute. Bring your crew to help us guide students through fun activities that demonstrate their mobility skills at the zoo, host events celebrating independence of our blind and low vision community members or get festive for Halloween at our LA Center.
