Kitchen Confidence for Diabetic Living
In this class, students will learn about living with diabetes and preparing foods that are appropriate for a diabetic diet. We will have discussion points about diabetes and combine this with kitchen safety, adaptive kitchen techniques and cooking recipes. We’ll focus on preparing simple diabetic friendly foods and recipes using a variety of different appliances.
