Health and Wellness

For enrichment, health and wellness offerings include a focus on the whole mind, body and spirit while sharing connection with others who are experiencing and adjusting to vision loss.

Our classes teach coping strategies and techniques to relax and better manage stress, as well as provide a focus on physical fitness and building confidence with group support.
