Learn the Ancient Chinese Art of Tai Chi
Developed thousands of years ago in China for self-defense, the ancient secrets of tai chi have finally come to the West. This class is low impact, designed to increase flexibility and relaxation through tai chi’s smooth, flowing movements. Students will gently stretch and warm up their bodies as they learn specific self-defense techniques and moves. This class is ideal for those looking to increase strength and balance in a safe environment.

Yoga for Everyone
This gentle yoga class is perfect for everyone—from beginners to longtime practitioners. Students will practice proper breathing techniques and yoga postures to promote relaxation and general fitness. Low impact and ideal for boosting flexibility and conditioning, all are welcome to join this wonderful class.

Join our Walking Group!
Let’s get out and move! In these 45-minute walking sessions students will “motor” on and off campus on designated walking routes. The class is ideal for those looking to stay active and practice orientation and mobility skills. The class is limited to five students in order to build camaraderie and foster a “no pressure” environment. Students must wear comfortable shoes.
