The Enrichment Curriculum

The Core Curriculum consists of courses designed to restore independence and enable people who are blind and visually impaired to do familiar tasks in a new way.

Following is a sample list of core classes:

The Enrichment Curriculum ranges from social and recreational activities to studies in liberal arts, music, history, creative arts and writing.

Following is a sample list of enrichment classes:

Creative Writing

Shopping Skills

Creative Arts: Painting, Ceramics, Basket-making, Mosaic Tile, etc.

Music: Singing, Piano, Guitar, etc.
