Braille Books for Children
The Braille Special Collection program is designed to increase braille literacy by providing blind and visually impaired children with free braille books and storybook kits throughout the year, free of charge. This program fosters a love of reading by helping children create a special library of their own.
Braille Institute has transcribed more than 1,100 popular classic and contemporary titles for all reading levels---from board-books for toddlers to award-winning fiction for high school students.
