Free Services for Blind & Visually Impaired Adults

Braille Institute provides on-site services for adults at five Centers as well as programs in your area at more than 220 Outreach Locations throughout Southern California.

We offer a wide range of educational, social, and recreational classes for adults, geared toward practical day-to-day adaptation to life with less vision.

Free Low Vision Consultations are available to help our clients make the most of their remaining vision. Find out how adaptive devices such as magnifiers and CCTVs can make day-to-day life easier. 

For those looking to join the work force, or find a new vocation in spite of vision loss, we offer Career Counseling for adults between the ages of 19 and 30.
