PDF Version UPDATED 10.25.11 Agencies who host a regional Braille Challenge are given a handbook with detailed instructions on how to plan their own event. All artwork, forms and the contests themselves are provided by Braille Institute at no charge. Any agency interested in hosting a Regional Event in their area should contact Christine Pak at 1-800-BRAILLE (272-4553), Ext. 1321.

Use of Digital Players for Speed and Accuracy Contest

Permission Form for Individual Participants 2012
Hard copy of the parent/guardian permission forms will be sent with the requested contests to the teachers who are administering individual contests in January. You may also download it here. A parent/guardian PERMISSION FORM must be SIGNED by a parent or guardian and attached to the student's completed contest when they are returned by mail to Braille Institute. Sample Registration Log for Regionals 2012
Word Version For Regional Hosts Only All students taking the Challenge contests must be listed in the log, with all contact information completed. Please e-mail your completed log to Christine Pak at cgpak@brailleinstitute.org no later than one working day following your event.
