CONTRIBUTING YOUR HOME OR FARM
Many of our benefactors leave their homes or farms to Braille Institute in their wills. You may wish to consider deeding your home or farm to us now and retain lifetime use of it for yourself and a survivor.
Some benefits of contributing a farm or home include the following:
You receive a charitable deduction now, even if we do not receive the property until after the life interest terminates.

You save probate costs.

You receive the same estate tax benefits as a gift by will.
To request more information about setting up a planned gift through Braille Institute, we invite you to call us at: 1-800-BRAILLE (272-4553) or (323) 663-1111, Ext. 1256., Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm (PST).
