SANTA BARBARA REGIONAL CENTER
With a reach that extends from Ventura County to San Luis Obispo County, the Santa Barbara Center brings free services to thousands of residents. Our new center opened in May 2004 north of downtown Santa Barbara. It increases the range of programs to serve still more people, offering library services, Low Vision Rehabilitation consultations, a Vistas shop, a Youth Program and meeting facilities for community education.
