An oasis for blind and visually impaired people in the desert community, this center brings free services to an area that includes Riverside, Imperial and San Bernardino counties. The Rancho Mirage Center offers educational, social and recreational programs for adults, Low Vision Rehabilitation consultations, a youth program and library services.
