Our organization's headquarters offers: talking book and Library Services, Low Vision Consultations, Child Services, Youth & Teen Services, Career Counseling, classes for Adults, Braille Publishing, The Braille Challenge® reading and writing contest, the flagship Vistas Store, and much more.

Tours:

Tours of our Los Angeles facility are available weekdays by appointment. Please contact Christine Valdez, Administrative Assistant, at (323) 663-1111, Ext. 1242, or via email, tours@brailleinstitute.org, to schedule a tour.

Due to our proximity to Hollywood and our ties to the entertainment industry, we offer free film and television consultations.

For a fee, we also offer the usage of the classrooms, offices, and hallways of our 79,000 square foot facility for film and television shoots.
